The stars of the show so far, J. Arun Kumar and Manish Pandey, flopped when it mattered most. Belagavi thus lost the plot and Bangalore Rural recorded a five-wicket victory to claim the inaugural KPL Twenty20 cricket tournament and a cheque of Rs 8 lakh at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday.
